Nick Lapp

Nick Lapp is a Marine and lifelong competitor who thrives on the pursuit of the next challenge. His path began with six years in the Marine Corps infantry that included two combat deployments and a third to Japan. When he transitioned out of the military he carried with him the same grit, precision, and problem-solving instinct that shaped his time in uniform.

Fueled by that drive, he launched his first merchandising business in 2015. What started as a small idea quickly expanded. Through hard work and steady networking, one opportunity led naturally to another. By 2018 Nick began collaborating with athletes and has since partnered with more than 40 different professional athletes to build their charity golf tournaments and events. What others might see as just numbers Nick sees as meaningful causes, each one leaving a lasting impact on him and the communities they supported.

Beyond his career, Nick is a father of four and a bonus dad to two. He's married to his best friend, and together they love golfing, traveling, and discovering new experiences. 

From the battlefields of the Marine Corps to the fairways of charity golf tournaments and through everyday adventures of dad life, his journey has always centered on service, teamwork, and creating moments that matter. Every chapter has shaped the work he does today-bringing people together with purpose.
